科研简介

课题组主要从事计算生物化学与医药的方法学和相关应用研究。目前,研究方向包括: 
  1) 分子模拟和计算生物化学方法学开发 
  2) 重大疾病中新颖靶标的构象和动力学性质的理论研究,及其抑制剂的计算机辅助设计与分子改造 
  3) 新型光敏剂分子设计,及其与蛋白质、细胞膜结合的多尺度研究 
  4) 生物大分子与功能材料相互作用的多尺度研究 
  5) 生物质谱环境下蛋白质结构预测方法的开发和应用
