报告摘要:

G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) constitute the largest receptor superfamily in mammals. Here we will summarize some recent simulation studies from our lab on GPCRs of high pharmaceutical relevance, aimed at advancing our understanding of agonist binding and of receptor activation processes. We will close the talk with a perspective of combining molecular-level calculations with systems biology approaches to investigate GPCRs-based signaling pathways.
